Terms of Service

Welcome to Kraitos ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kraitos website at kraitos.app, the EmploAI website at emploai.kraitos.app, our project hub, waitlist, account services, diagnostics, release hub, and official EmploAI beta builds ("Official Builds"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist, signing in, downloading installers, using Official Builds, or using hosted Kraitos services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist, sign in, or install Official Builds.

2. Open Source Code and Official Builds

Some Kraitos and EmploAI source code may be published in public repositories. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute that source code are governed by the license files included in those repositories. If repository license terms conflict with these Terms for source-code use, the repository license controls for that source code.

Official Builds, hosted account services, beta access links, signed installers, legacy artifacts, and release bundles may remain controlled even when source code is public. Access to Official Builds can be approved, denied, revoked, rate-limited, or changed at any time.

3. Beta Access and License

Kraitos and EmploAI are currently in a beta development phase. Your license to Official Builds, website content, release artifacts, and beta features is described in the License Agreement.

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or publish Official Builds or private access links without prior written consent.
Bypass account gates, release controls, pairing controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
Use Official Builds or hosted services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Waitlist Registration and Security

When registering for the waitlist, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring your registration data is accurate and secure. We implement Cloudflare Turnstile verification and rate-limiting rules to prevent bot automated registrations and system abuse. Any attempts to manipulate waitlist rankings or bypass protections will result in immediate termination of your registration.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (Provided "AS IS")

THE SOFTWARE, SOURCE CODE, OFFICIAL BUILDS, WEBSITE, AND HOSTED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Because the project is in beta, it may contain errors, bugs, or stability issues. We do not warrant that the software, builds, website, or services will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KRAITOS, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, SOURCE CODE, OFFICIAL BUILDS, OR HOSTED SERVICES.

7. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our site, waitlist, Official Builds, or hosted services at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law gives you non-waivable rights in another jurisdiction.
