License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") applies to your use of the Kraitos and EmploAI websites, official desktop builds, beta release bundles, hosted account services, diagnostics, and related materials provided by Kraitos ("we," "our," or "us"). It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an official Kraitos or EmploAI build, hosted service, gated release, website asset, or beta feature, you agree to this License. If you do not agree, do not install official builds or use hosted Kraitos services.

2. Source Code and Open-Source Repositories

Some Kraitos or EmploAI source code may be published in public repositories. Source code is licensed only under the license file included in the relevant repository. If a repository contains a LICENSE, COPYING, NOTICE, or similar file, that repository license governs your use, copying, modification, and distribution of that source code.

If a repository does not include a license file, no open-source license is granted for that repository except for rights that the hosting platform necessarily provides to view and fork code through its platform features. Official builds, signing keys, hosted services, private release artifacts, private data, and Kraitos branding are not automatically open-source merely because related source code is public.

3. Website Content License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Kraitos and EmploAI websites for personal, evaluation, informational, and lawful business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit site content, UI, copy, images, designs, release metadata, or documentation except as allowed by a repository license, by law, or by our written permission.

4. Official Build License

For official Kraitos or EmploAI installers, signed binaries, release bundles, and gated beta artifacts ("Official Builds"), we grant approved users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the assigned build solely for testing, evaluation, internal use, and feedback.

You may not:

Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or host Official Builds or private release links.
Remove copyright, license, signature, attribution, security, or access-control notices.
Bypass release gates, account approvals, rate limits, audit logs, access tokens, or installer integrity checks.
Use Official Builds to violate law, privacy rights, security controls, platform policies, or third-party terms.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Official Builds except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction.

5. Beta and Fleet Features

Beta builds, fleet previews, diagnostics, and management surfaces may be incomplete, unstable, access-controlled, or changed without notice. Access can be approved, denied, suspended, revoked, or limited at any time for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

6. Your Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of prompts, files, feedback, reports, and other content you provide, subject to rights you grant us to operate, secure, debug, and improve the services. If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to compensate you.

7. Third-Party and Open-Source Components

Kraitos and EmploAI may include or interact with third-party software, open-source packages, APIs, AI providers, browser engines, operating-system components, cloud services, or model providers. Those components may be governed by separate licenses or terms. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms for services and credentials you connect.

8. Branding and Trademarks

Kraitos, EmploAI, related names, logos, trade dress, UI identity, release channels, and product marks are owned by Kraitos or its licensors. You may not use them to imply endorsement, publish confusingly similar products, or misrepresent unofficial builds as official releases without written permission.

9. Export, Sanctions, and Lawful Use

You may not use, export, or transfer Official Builds, hosted services, or related technology in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, cybersecurity, privacy, consumer-protection, or computer-misuse laws.

10. Updates and Termination

We may update, replace, revoke, or discontinue any build, feature, release link, or hosted service. This License terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using Official Builds and delete private release artifacts unless another written agreement allows continued use.

11. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITES, SOURCE REFERENCES, OFFICIAL BUILDS, HOSTED SERVICES, BETA FEATURES, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAITOS AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SECURITY INCIDENTS CAUSED BY YOUR CONFIGURATION, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES.

13. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this License limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including mandatory consumer rights, open-source rights granted by a repository license, or rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

14. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law gives you non-waivable rights in another jurisdiction.
