Delete Account and Data

This page explains how Kraitos users can delete cloud-stored account data or request full account deletion. It applies to Kraitos mobile app accounts, desktop app accounts, pairing records, and cloud backend data associated with api.kraitos.app.

Delete Data In The App

If you can sign in to Kraitos, open the app and go to Settings, then Danger Zone. Use the account data deletion control to delete cloud-stored account data associated with your signed-in account.

This in-app deletion path is intended for cloud-stored user data such as account preferences, encrypted provider keys and secrets, Telegram bot tokens, pairing state, shared mobile/desktop state, cloud recovery records, and related account configuration.

Request Account Deletion

If you cannot access the app, or if you want us to close the account record itself in addition to deleting associated cloud data, send a deletion request to:

Please send the request from the email address used for your Kraitos account when possible. If that is not possible, include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your account email, mobile device name, desktop pairing name, or other Kraitos account identifier.

What We Delete

Depending on what exists for your account, deletion may include:

  • Account profile data, email-linked account records, preferences, and beta access metadata.
  • Encrypted cloud-stored provider API keys, account secrets, Telegram bot tokens, and integration credentials stored in the Kraitos account vault.
  • Mobile and desktop pairing records, device identifiers, session tokens, shared state, and remote-control metadata.
  • Cloud recovery records, queued remote commands, account-scoped workspace metadata, diagnostics, and support records where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.

What May Remain

Deleting Kraitos cloud records does not automatically delete files, chat logs, configuration, screenshots, or other data stored only on your own desktop, mobile device, backups, or connected third-party services. You can remove local data by deleting local app data, uninstalling the mobile or desktop app, or deleting local workspace files yourself.

We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of our terms. Any retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Timing

We begin processing verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Most requests are completed within 30 days unless additional verification, security review, legal retention, or technical recovery steps are required.
