Welcome to Kraitos ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at kraitos.app, our waitlist, and the Kraitos desktop AI operator ("Software"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist, downloading installers, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist or install the Software.

2. Beta Access License

Kraitos is currently in a beta development phase. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for testing and evaluation purposes.

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, resell, rent, or lease the Software to third parties without prior written consent.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Waitlist Registration and Security

When registering for the waitlist, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring your registration data is accurate and secure. We implement Cloudflare Turnstile verification and rate-limiting rules to prevent bot automated registrations and system abuse. Any attempts to manipulate waitlist rankings or bypass protections will result in immediate termination of your registration.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (Provided "AS IS")

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Because the Software is a beta release, it may contain errors, bugs, or stability issues. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KRAITOS, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SOFTWARE.

6. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our site, waitlist, or Software at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kraitos operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
